1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• E-Bikes: Due to the size and weight of e-bikes, as well as the lithium-ion batteries they contain, they require specialized freight shipping.

• Parts and Accessories: Standard shipping rates apply.

3. In-Store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our West Palm Beach location: 2485 Circle Dr, West Palm Beach, FL 33406, USA After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready.

4. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. (Update this section if you plan to ship internationally).

5. Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive your order damaged, please inspect the box upon delivery. If the damage is severe, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. If you discover damage after opening the box, please contact us at contact@novayell.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
