Return and Refund Policy

At Novayell, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a return policy subject to the following terms.

1. Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused and unridden (for e-bikes, the odometer must read 0 miles).

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: E-bikes returned with visible wear, dirt, or mileage will be subject to a restocking fee or may be rejected entirely.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or special-order items.

  • Helmets or worn safety gear (for safety and hygiene reasons).

  • Gift cards.

4. Return Shipping and Restocking Fees

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. Because e-bikes are heavy, shipping costs can be substantial.

  • Restocking Fee: A [Insert Percentage, e.g., 15%] restocking fee may apply to all e-bike returns.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
